Lorelei Lee a small-town girl from Little Rock Arkansas
sets out to make a name for herself in New York City. With
her best friend Dorothy she travels to London Paris Vienna
and Munich but finds that foreign men arent all theyre
cracked up to be. As a blonde Lorelei takes advantage of
mens preferences for them whenever she can but ultimately
longs for America and American men. Published by Liveright
Publishing in 2014 Gentlemen Prefer Blondes was first
published in 1925 in Harpers Bazaar magazine and made into
a feature film starring Marilyn Monroe in 1953.
